Borg keeps things close. The swimming pool and playground both sit within walking distance, which makes it an easy call with kids along. The site is on the larger side, and electricity reaches all of it except zone F. Drive twenty minutes and there's more to do. Slakki, a petting zoo, is one option; Sólheimar, an eco-community built around people and nature, is another — it has a café, shop, museum, and art on offer. The pitches are wheelchair accessible, with dishwashing, motorhome waste disposal, and an electric-car charger on site. The season runs from late May to the end of September, and it's a drop-in site rather than one you book ahead.
