Dyngjujökull is an outlet glacier in the Vatnajökull Group, the Highlands.
Surge-type outlet glacier on the northern margin of Vatnajökull. It's part of the Vatnajökull Group. The name comes from the Trölladyngja lava shield volcano. It's also recorded as Kistufellsjökull.
Never walk on glaciers without a guide and proper equipment. Crevasses can be hidden by snow bridges.
