Nyrðri-Skriðjökull is a glacier in the Langjökull Group, the Highlands.
Alternative name for Norðurjökull. It's part of the Langjökull Group. The name comes from “more northerly” glacier of two; the other glacier is Fremri-Skriðjökull.
Never walk on glaciers without a guide and proper equipment. Crevasses can be hidden by snow bridges.
