Historic old pool, one of the earliest in the area. Simple outdoor facilities with hot tubs. Has character that newer pools lack - worth visiting for the history.

Sundhöllin á Ísafirði

Main pool in Ísafjörður, the capital of the Westfjords. Larger than most Westfjords pools. Indoor and outdoor facilities, hot tubs, sauna. The social hub of this remote region.

Sundlaugin á Þingeyri

Pool in Þingeyri village, Dýrafjörður — outdoor pool and hot tubs looking straight down the fjord. Small village, well-kept pool.

Heydalur

A natural hot spring in the remote Westfjords — a man-made stone pool filled by natural hot water. No facilities, and it takes some effort to reach.

Tálknafjörður

The sports centre in Tálknafjörður has a 25-metre outdoor pool, hot tubs, a children's wading pool and a water slide. There is also a gym.

Flateyri

An indoor pool with an indoor massage tub and steam bath. Outdoors there is a hot tub and a wading pool.

Hólmavík

A sports centre with a swimming pool and a sports hall. The pool opened in 2004.

Dalslaug

A swimming pool in Reykjavík that opened on 11 December 2021. It has a 25-metre, six-lane outdoor pool plus an indoor pool used for teaching and training.

Suðureyri

An outdoor pool located by the sports hall, with two hot tubs and a wading pool.
