Okjökull is a mountain glacier in the Langjökull Group, West Iceland.
Name of the cupola-type mountain glacier located north of a snow-filled summit crater on Ok, an interglacial lava shield volcano in west-central Iceland. It's part of the Langjökull Group. The name comes from its shape like a yoke.
Ice caves are winter-only experiences. In summer, they collapse. Book ahead in peak season.
