Broad, piedmont-type compound outlet glacier on the southeastern margin of Vatnajökull. It's part of the Vatnajökull Group. The name comes from the Breiðamörk farmstead.
Never walk on glaciers without a guide and proper equipment. Crevasses can be hidden by snow bridges.
