Helgufoss is a waterfall on the Kaldakvísl river in the Reykjavík area of Iceland.
Helgufoss is a waterfall located in the Höfuðborgarsvæðið (Capital) region in the southwestern part of Iceland, in the northern part of the municipality of Mosfellsbær, about 17 km from Reykjavík. It lies on the course of the river Kaldakvísl, one of the three rivers that flow through Mosfellsbær, and has a single drop. The waterfall is not far from the Hringvegur (Ring Road); from the main road it takes about a 20-minute walk to reach the base of the falls. A little further downstream, on the same river Kaldakvísl, is the Tungufoss waterfall.
