About

Suður frá Reykjatúninu, meðfram ánni , er Þvottahversmór, ágætt engi, því volgu vatni er veitt á hann úr Helgánni, í henni rétt neðan við móinn, er þvottahverinn.

Strokkur is a fountain-type geyser located in a geothermal area beside the Hvítá River in Iceland in the southwest part of the country, east of Reykjavík.

There's nothing quite like soaking in geothermal water surrounded by Icelandic landscape. Time slows down.

Bring a towel and change of clothes. Changing facilities at natural springs range from 'basic hut' to 'behind that rock over there.'
