What to bring
- A valid driver's license is required to drive a snowmobile
Good to know
- Remember to dress according to the weather. Warm clothes, a waterproof jacket, and sturdy shoes are recommended.
- Iceland’s winter beauty comes with icy paths—be safe! We recommend using crampons, available for example at BSí bus station, for secure footing. Enjoy the adventure responsibly!
- We recommend bringing thermal layers, a winter hat, scarf, and gloves, and wearing warm socks for colder days
- 2 persons share the same snowmobile, a single person per vehicle at extra cost. Children 5 years and younger are not permitted on this tour.
- Only one child is allowed per adult on this tour.
- The operation of this tour depends on the conditions of the glacier. Due to sudden and unexpected weather changes the snowmobile ride might be cancelled after tour´s departure from Reykjavík.
