Join the adventure and explore the best of Iceland in amazing landscape on a stand up paddle board. That´s where you see things differently.
Our main focus is on choosing beautiful and epic locations for our tours dependent on weather that day, as the arctic weather can indeed be highly unpredictable. Our local sup guides have been in the travel and water sport industry for many years and they specialize in forecasting the weather and choosing the best spots for our customers.
No experience with stand up paddle / sup ? No worries, we customize the tours around our customers and our professional trained guides will teach you everything you need to know and learn. That´s the best with SUP, everybody can do it….And believe us, you can!

What to bring
- WHAT TO BRING
- We will provide you with all necessary gear required for the SUP tour. You will however have to bring:
- Warm clothes
- Beanie and gloves
- Towel might be handy
- Base layer - thermals or fleece
- Another layer - depending on weather
- Thick socks and an extra pair - wool is best
- Snacks and drinks if you like - you can also order with us
- Good to have warm clothes to wear after the paddling as well
- For Glymur waterfall - refillable water bottle, small backpack and good hiking shoes
Good to know
- This tour is very weather dependent 5-7 m/s depending on wind direction. Its good to be flexible and have "back-up" days in mind when booking this activity. Dress according to the weather - no jeans. Make sure that any electronic or valued items you bring with you are waterproof or in a waterproof case.
- Prerequisites:
- Be at minimum 145cm (4’9) tall
- Maximum 200cm (6’7) tall
- Be at minimum 45kg (99 lbs)
- Maximum 120kg (264 lbs)
- Age limit is 14 years – please contact us regarding young participants
- All participants need to be comfortable in water and know how to swim
- Send your your height, weight and shoe size in EU via email
- We don’t recommend pregnant participants to do this tour
