The tour begins at our base in Gufunes , where we’ll gear you up with a thermal fleece base layer and waterproof drysuit , ensuring warmth and comfort no matter the weather. We will cruise on the Faxaflói bay and then make our way into the beautiful Hvalfjörður fjord. Where we will be surrounded by dramatic mountains on each side of the fjord. Along the way, we stop near two puffin islands , which are home to thousands of puffins from early May to late August, a unique opportunity to see these colorful seabirds up close, surrounded by pristine Icelandic nature. We also stop by two remote waterfalls that flow directly into the sea — hidden gems perfect for taking one-of-a-kind photos.
