What happens if I don't see any aurora? If you don't see the Northern Lights on your tour, please send us an email at hello@icelandicroamers.is . We'll do our best to provide you with another tour on the first available night, free of charge. NOTE: we can offer you rescheduling and re-tries only as a Small Group Tour aboard a van up to 6 passengers. *Please note that witnessing the Northern Lights isn't guaranteed. We aim to run these tours only when the weather and solar activity are favorable. Even if the forecast is very positive, the lights may be faint or may not appear at all. This is nature, and we can't know for sure, even with all weather and solar activity forecasts. As this tour is fully dependent on the weather, we will provide a final decision no later than 2 hours before the pick-up time regarding whether it's worth trying or if it’s better to cancel or reschedule.
