In case of cancellation, you’ll be notified as soon as possible via email used during booking, usually around 16:00 icelandic time. • Our Chinese-language tours require a minimum of 10 participants to operate. In the unlikely event that the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will inform you as soon as possible. • The tour is by default operated by a 48–57-seat coach. If the number of participants is fewer than 19 on the departure, the tour may instead be operated by minibus. • For operational reasons, the Chinese-language tour may occasionally be combined with an English-language tour. Chinese-language guiding will still be provided. • The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and sightings cannot be guaranteed. Our guides use live weather, cloud-cover, and aurora forecasts to maximize your chances of seeing the Northern Lights. • The tour lasts approximately 4 hours, depending on weather, road, and viewing conditions. • If no Northern Lights are seen during your first attempt, you are entitled to one additional Northern Lights tour free of charge, subject to availability. The additional try is valid for 2 years from the date of your first attempt and can only be used by the original ticket holder. • Pickup may take up to 40 minutes. Please look for a vehicle marked “Magic Iceland Travel.” • No refund will be provided once the tour has departed.
