On the way to Haukadalur , we stop to say hello to Icelandic horses , then you watch Strokkur explode skyward and feel the mist of Gullfoss . At Friðheimar, we book your table among the tomato plants, where lunch is famous for its fresh tomato soup. You can add lunch when you book or pay on the day. On the way home, we stop at Kerið , where red volcanic slopes wrap around a still blue lake.
