The Adventure Park is the only park of its kind in Iceland, set within the stunning Geothermal Rift Valley of Nesjavellir. Conveniently located just 35 km from the Reykjavík capital area and only 20 km from Þingvellir National Park, it makes the perfect addition to any Golden Circle tour. Take the scenic route (road 435) through the dramatic Hengill volcanic area and add an unforgettable adventure to your day in one of Iceland's most spectacular natural settings.
The Adventure Park offers a wide range of exciting challenges suitable for all skill levels. The park features three climbing levels at heights of 1, 5, and 10 meters, as well as a thrilling zip line, the Quick Flight free-fall experience, and a spectacular 12-meter-high Giant Swing.
The minimum age for participation is 6 years. Children under 130 cm in height must be accompanied and assisted by an adult on the course, as they may not be able to reach the safety cable independently.
Your safety is our top priority. We use the state-of-the-art Edelrid Smart Belay X safety system, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience high above the ground.

What to bring
- All visitors are encouraged to bring:
- - Training, jogging, or walking shoes (sandals are not allowed)
- - Comfortable clothes suitable for being active outside.
- - Hair tie if you have long hair.
- - Gloves can come in handy.
Good to know
- Duration: 1 ½ – 2 hours, depending on the program, number of people in the park, and participant interest.
- Climbing equipment is certified for up to 120 kg, and accordingly, we cannot accommodate heavier individuals.
- Kids aged 6 to 9 years or lower than 130 cm must be accompanied by an adult on the challenges (they do not reach the safety cable and must be assisted in moving between elements).
- No previous climbing experience is necessary. All participants receive safety training and supervised practice before the climbing starts, so you are well-prepared.
