Pokafoss is a waterfall on the Laxá river in the Reykjavík area of Iceland.
Pokafoss is a waterfall in the Capital Region of Iceland. It lies on the river Laxá í Kjós, which flows into Hvalfjörður. With a drop of only about 2 metres, it resembles a rapid more than a true waterfall. It can be reached via Kjósarskarðsvegur (Route 48), the road connecting Hvalfjörður and Þingvellir, and is located roughly 6.5 km downstream from the Þórufoss waterfall.
