Followed by a relaxing breathing session. Departing Reykjavik, venture to a sauna session (optional), then onwards to a nature haven (Ocean, lake, or waterfall, weather permitting). Here, amidst Iceland's pristine landscapes, you'll unlock the art of relaxation in the Cold, discovering an innate power within.
